To celebrate International Women’s day 2020, Team Vionic gathered to view a TEDx Talk on the importance of advancing workplace equality by Shelley Zalis. As the CEO of The Female Quotient, she believes that gender equality is a social and economic imperative.
Inspired by Zalis’s work, we discussed how we could further support women in the workplace and brainstormed concrete actions we could take. We even wore our commitments on our sleeve, thanks to the International Women’s Day T-shirts created by our very own graphic designer Maria!
