Rise & Shine!
Get your morning off to a good start with the Rise & Shine workout. Ideally, you’ll want to warm up your muscles before starting, so march in place for 1-2 minutes before you begin. Then try out a few of the exercises featured in this video:
Sunset Stretches
Wind down for bed with a set of Sunset Stretches. Again, you’ll want to make sure your muscles are warmed up by marching in place. Then tune into the video below to give some of the stretches a try:
